The Training Strategy Forum was launched in 2013 and tasked with raising a distinctive RHA “voice” in the Training field.
The role of the Forum is to quantify, promote and maintain professional training standards in our industry.
To fulfil this role, the Forum will be tasked with defining skills and knowledge required in our sector and identifying the training required to successfully instil such skill and knowledge.
The forum will identify needs and opportunities for funding and lobby on behalf of RHA Members for such funding to be obtained.
The Forum will be the “voice” of RHA Members in all Training matters.
The Forum meets every 2 months but communications between Forum members and updates on progress continue between meetings. The membership of the Forum reflects the wide range of company type and size in RHA membership.
