RHA Conditions of Carriage.

RHA Legal Services, provided by Backhouse Jones will be providing an overview of the RHA Conditions of Carriage covering everything that operators need to know to be able to operate confidently.

They will outline what updates were made from the 2009 version to the latest version of the Conditions, how to properly incorporate the terms and explain what rights operators have when trading under the Conditions of Carriage. Operators are also encouraged to put forward any specific questions they have on the Conditions of Carriage ahead of the session to [email protected]

The RHA Insurance team will offer advice on insuring young drivers and how to approach insurance renewals without locking you out of the market.
