OUT NOW: Roadway July issue

In July’s Roadway you’ll find in-depth coverage into the practicalities of electric trucks – both in the driving and financing. We also have news and a feature on the other ‘alternatives’: Hydrogen, HVO, and LNG.
But it’s not all about technology in this issue. In fact, we offer as much coverage on the people in this industry as what they operate. A charity drive by a Swansea firm takes a memorial to Normandy for D-Day commemorations; the Association launches its Wellbeing Charter this month – we have details; and two young apprentices start new careers in logistics in the first of a series of articles to mark National Lorry Week 2026. There is news of the ongoing skills debate, and the work the Association is doing to bring MPs and members together – for the members of parliament to hear firsthand the hard facts behind the all the work that day-in, day-out brings goods to customers.
The Association has also been active on other fronts. We have the latest news on Benevolent Fund’s very successful Apprenticeship Tooling Scheme, which launches another round this month, and the dates and venues for the Autumn member briefings, which start in the East Midlands in October.
With regular columns on LCVs and PSVs, and the legal news which rarely fails to inform, this is the July issue of Roadway.
