The Civil Penalty Clandestine Scheme must be fit for purpose Ashton Cull told BBC Radio Kent.

"We do not want to see drivers and companies who have done everything right getting punished."

We want the Government to understand the realities of moving goods across the channel. We are calling for a review into the Clandestine Entrant Civil Penalty Scheme and Entry Checklists so that they align with the changing illegal immigration situation.
