Phil has over 35 years of experience in logistics and commercial operations. He is passionate about supporting the people and businesses that keep the UK moving, providing practical guidance, strategic insight, and sector-specific support.

Having spent many years supporting operators large and small around the country with their operational issues and O’Licence compliance, Linda is the Regional Operations Manager for the Southern & Eastern Region. Linda also supports RHA members, as their Area Manager, in Bedfordshire and Buckinghamshire.

Philip has spent some 16 years as a dedicated Area Manager, offering support, assistance and guidance across the areas he covers, to a diverse range of Operators and businesses, he is also Group Secretary of RHA Specialist Group National Agricultural, Food and Tipping (NAFT).

I have spent the majority my working life in the Transport sector, primarily in Quality Assurance, Compliance and Insurance. Working for large international hauliers and small national road transport operators, overnight delivery networks and now the trade association. I am the area manager for Suffolk, Essex, Hertfordshire and Cambridgeshire.

After leaving the Armed Forces with his HGV licence, Aaron has worked throughout all levels of the transport operation from administrator to TM, within a major supermarket company and container company as well as a coach operator. Aaron is the area manager for London, Kent, Sussex, Surrey and the Heathrow area.

I am the Regional Operations Manager for the Midlands, Western & Wales Region, but also cover the Oxfordshire area as area manager.

Simon has spent the majority of his working life in the transport sector, primarily at RHA (30 years) as a District Manager/Area Manager but also as a Transport Manager for 2 road transport operators, a self-employed transport consultant working for the DFT, and a Sales Executive for a Transport Manager Software Company.

After leaving school, Simon entered the Freight Forwarding world, before routing bulk tankers, then working in the general haulage, steel, bulk chemical and van sectors for blue chip and SME operators as a Transport Manager, before commencing his roles as a Compliance Manager where I also had the SHEQ responsibilities.

Beginning her career in 2004 at a transport trade association as a tachograph compliance advisor, Louise earned her Transport Manager CPC in National and International Haulage. She progressed through transport management, compliance, and fleet roles, later becoming a Compliance Manager at RHA before moving into an Area Manager position.

Fi is a Membership Engagement Manager, leading operator support across the Northeastern Region. With 29 years in transport, including extensive experience in temperature-controlled logistics, she drive’s compliance, safety, and legislative awareness while championing diversity and equality to strengthen standards and future leadership within the industry.

Lynne has worked within the transport industry for over 28 years. Working in many operational roles during this time. Lynne joined the RHA in November 2022 as Regional Operations Manager for Scotland & Northern Ireland.

With over 45 years’ experience in the transport industry as a Vehicle Technician, Workshop Manager and DVSA Vehicle Examiner, Martin is here to support, advise, and guide members and stakeholders in central Scotland on a range of issues including employment, compliance, technical advice, and transport related issues.

Liam has worked within the transport industry for over 15 years. Starting out specialising in car rental mass movements before joining the HGV sector as a Transport Manager then finally joining the RHA in April 2024. Liam covers Northern Scotland including Shetland, Orkney and the Hebrides.

Pete has been around the haulage and logistics space for over 15 years with 8 of those years being at RHA. Pete is responsible for our Affinity Relationships and Partnerships, Associate Membership Nationwide, Advertising and Sponsorship within RHA including RHA events.
