As goods to-and-from the border escalate this week following the traditional early January lull, we are encouraging members to engage with the DfT on any issues through its live chat service.

“The Department for Transport’s online live chat service can be used for hauliers to troubleshoot through border readiness issues.

The system works seven days a week and is available in five languages:

  • English
  • Romanian
  • Polish
  • Bulgarian
  • Hungarian

Opening hours Monday to Friday 08.00 – 20.00 - 5 languages available.

Saturday and Sunday: Only English, Polish and Romanian available.
