Member Assistance Programme - RHA launches wellbeing service

29 Sep 2023 Posted By Joe Scotting

We’ve just launched our Member Assistance Programme (MAP) which is a confidential service to help people deal with personal or work-related challenges.

It’s a 24/7/365 service run by PAM Wellbeing, staffed by qualified counsellors to offer support to those that need it. The RHA Benevolent Fund are assisting with the funding of this service.

It offers the following to our members:

In-the-moment confidential support or guidance regarding any personal issues.

Cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) and other mental health programmes available via an App.

Referral to specialised support, for example: debt, legal, bereavement, relationship support and trauma.

PAM Assist Wellbeing App – online and app health and wellbeing platform.

Our members will hear more from us this week on accessing the services.
