03 Oct 2023 Posted By Joe Scotting

The RHA, in partnership with TRS Training, West Midlands Combined Authority and the Skills For Life fund, are offering a discounted Transport Manager / Sustainability Champion Skills Bootcamp.

This new offer is the perfect opportunity for West Midlands based operators to upskill staff using an industry-recognised qualification at a fraction of the cost, alongside developing their carbon reduction skills.

To be eligible, all candidates put forward must either work or live within the West Midlands Combined Authority region and be available to complete their training before March 2024. You do not have to be an RHA member to claim the offer.

The RHA’s Transport Manager CPC course has one of the highest pass rates in the UK, is taught by industry experts, and can be studied either in the classroom or as online learning.

Upon completion of the course, candidates will gain the Transport Manager CPC (Level 3) qualification and be considered professionally competent to move into transport management roles. They will understand the legal obligations involved in operating large vehicles and possess the knowledge base to run a compliant and efficient operation.

In addition, candidates will gain carbon literacy knowledge, obtain the skills required to develop a carbon reduction plan and understand environmentally positive behaviours.

The discounted course fee of £345.60+VAT includes the examination.
