⁠Truck Cartel compensation claim update

The Case Management Conference (CMC) for the RHA’s truck cartel claim took place on 13 October 2026. The CMC considered the next steps required for the claim to progress towards a final hearing, including the disclosure of documents and the updating of case documents.

Following the CMC, we hope to have a clearer indication of when the final hearing of the claim is likely to take place.

The RHA will be holding a webinar on 22 October at 11:00am, where we will provide an update following the CMC and answer any questions from operators.
