RHA supports learner drivers on motorways – but only when they’re ready

1st June 2018

Ahead of the learner driver law change on Monday 4 June, the Road Haulage Association agrees that learners should only drive on motorways when an instructor considers them ready and safe to do so.

Any measure which makes Britain’s safest roads even safer has to be a good thing.

Newly qualified drivers should consider taking the Pass Plus training course which offers practical experience behind the wheel in different driving conditions including dual carriageways and motorways.
