We would like to invite you to join us on 25th September 4pm – 6pm at Autotrader, 4th Floor, 1 Tony Wilson Place, Manchester, M15 4FN, to participate in a Diversity and Inclusion Innovation Forum which will be run and facilitated by our new corporate partner Creating Inclusive Cultures (CIC).

Creating Inclusive Cultures (CIC) is the brainchild of Charlotte Sweeney OBE. Charlotte is co-author of Inclusive Leadership and runs a consultancy specialising in diversity and inclusive strategy and its effective implementation.
She has gained much of her experience leading D&I in several global companies in both retail and investment banking and authored an independent review for the UK Government Secretary of State on Women on Boards and Executive Research Firms.

CIC is a collaboration of companies and employers who are committed to realising and take advantage of the benefits of diversity and inclusion. It provides a forum for businesses to share best practice and who want to create a thriving workplace for everyone and the RHA is delighted to have joined forces and become a corporate partner.

The forum will be facilitated by Fiona Triller, Programme Director at CIC and is aimed at HR professionals and anyone involved in recruitment.
