Available Monday to Friday, 09:00 - 17:00, our experienced advisors are on hand to provide practical support and answer your queries quickly. 

Wellbeing

Members have access to a confidential 24/7/365 support service for themselves and their immediate family through our Member Asistance Programme (MAP).

 

MAP provides access to qualified counsellors and guidance for personal and work related challenges, as well as advice for managers supporting employees though difficult situations.

Benevolent Fund

The RHA Benevolent Fund is here to support you when life gets tough. If you're experiencing financial hardship, you can apply for help with essential household items, rent or mortgage arrears, priority debts, or funeral costs.

 

Every application is treated with complete confidentiality and without judgement, so you can ask for support with confidence.
