The Road Haulage Association (@RHANews) as one of the most respected freight transport and logistics training providers in the UK, has just published its latest training prospectus. The latest edition is packed with industry-leading courses to cover every aspect of running a successful road transport operation.

Commenting, RHA commercial director Karen Crispe said: “As part of the only trade body solely representing the interests of companies engaged in the carriage of goods by road, our training team benefits from a wealth of expertise and insight provided by daily engagement with members; with industry specialists; and with the people in government and authorities that regulate the industry. This unique position means that the RHA’s level of understanding of the industry and its training requirements is second to none.”

“The O-licence is the haulier’s most valuable asset. Protecting it relies on a thorough knowledge of its undertakings and the key to compliance is effective and regular training. Our ‘Transport Manager CPC’ and ‘Managing your O-licence’ refresher courses cover all aspects of O-licence acquisition and retention and have proven extremely successful with senior managers, own-account operators, transport supervisors and traffic office staff.

“The ‘Transport Manager CPC’ course has one of the highest average pass rates in the UK with over 70% of candidates passing the OCR examination. The national average for this is 59%

“The RHA’s training courses are respected throughout the industry,” Karen Crispe continued. “Between them, our highly qualified instructors share over 100 years of experience across virtually every discipline. But don’t just take our word for it. Over 98% of delegates on the RHA’s training courses rate their experience as ‘very good’ or ‘excellent’.”
