RHA to unveil landmark 10-year Wellbeing Charter

06 Apr 2026 Posted By Richard Smith

The Road Haulage Association (RHA) will host a Garden Party in 2026 as part of its ongoing focus on wellbeing in the road transport sector, bringing together key stakeholders, members, policymakers and commercial partners. The RHA is also launching a 10-year Wellbeing Charter for the coach, truck and van sectors.

Built around six pillars — mental wellbeing, leadership and resilience, connecting with others, exercise, food and nutrition, and learning and development — the Charter aims to deliver one million moments of improvement across the industry over the next decade.

This is about more than wellbeing. It is about supporting the people who keep the UK moving, helping attract and retain talent, building resilience, and creating a healthier, stronger future for our sector.

Through engagement, understanding, informing and lobbying, we will work with industry and stakeholders to make wellbeing a priority.
