Motor Transport Awards – congratulations to RHA member winners

RHA members won in multiple categories at the 2024 Motor Transport Awards.

The annual honours, which took place at Grosvenor House Hotel, Park Lane, London yesterday (5 September), recognises excellence in the haulage sector with awards celebrating customer care, decarbonisation, and use of technology, among others.

RHA members that won awards are:

• Campeys of Selby – Haulier of the Year
• Darcica – Sustainable Transport Award
• DFDs Logistics – Business Excellence, New Talent Development Award, Operational Excellence Award
• DPD – Customer Care, Urban Operator of the Year, Best Use of Technology
• GXO – Training Award, Home Delivery Operator of the Year (alongside B&Q)
• Pall-Ex - Team of the Year

Managing Director Richard Smith said “The high calibre of nominees this year bodes incredibly well for the haulage industry. A strong haulage sector means a strong economy and that was in full display last night.
