The Transport Manager Refresher Course is designed to update and reinforce the knowledge of existing Transport Managers responsible for the safe and compliant operation of goods vehicles over 3.5 tonnes.

This course goes beyond the basics covered in Operator Licence Awareness Training (OLAT), focusing on key areas where compliance, enforcement, and best practice continue to evolve — including prohibition notices, health and safety regulations, prevention of criminal activity, and reducing bridge strikes.

It ensures Transport Managers remain compliant with their statutory duties under the UK Operator Licensing system and are fully aware of their ongoing responsibilities, particularly in light of current enforcement trends and industry expectations from Traffic Commissioners.
