The RHA will be participating in The Big Logistics Diversity Challenge and wants members to join the team.

The event will take place at the Newark Showground in Nottinghamshire Thursday 20 June – and promotes the importance of equality, diversity, and inclusion (ED&I) across the logistics and warehousing sectors.

The Big Logistics Diversity Challenge promotes how inclusivity can be tackled collaboratively and collectively through fun team physical, mental, and skill-based activities, with ten added new challenges this year.

Members who want to join the RHA team can email [email protected].

A participant from last year’s event remarked, “I loved seeing the diversity of different companies there and hearing real-life stories from people. Getting to see my colleagues in a totally different setting made for an awesome day out.”

Laura Taylor, RHA HR Director, said “We enjoyed the event so much last year that this year we would like our members to get involved too by joining one of our teams. If you are interested in getting involved, please email [email protected].’

“Equality, diversity, and inclusion is about valuing our people and creating welcoming, creative environments for individuals and teams to thrive. We look forward to having some fun with the other teams in June.”
