December's Roadway Magazine is out now

The December Roadway takes the long view, focussing on issues that are as important to the industry now as they will be in 2025: Freight crime, London’s Direct Vision System, changes in tacho regulations, employee hours, employee health, government electric vehicle targets, and roadworthiness. They are all in the mix in our final number of 2024.

The industry in each of the nations of course face their own issues, including the speed limits in Scotland, the ongoing debates over Northern Ireland trade rules, and the state of the freight delivery in Wales.

We have all these covered, as well as news of another successful National Lorry Week and an exclusive interview with the Roads Minister on the government’s plans to improve driver facilities. We even a road test heralding the launch of the latest diesels. Roadway may look to future but it’s always in the here and now.
