DfT Freight Energy Forum survey - Have your say

On the decarbonisation journey, public investment in the UK’s energy capability is essential to ensure a viable and reliable energy supply exists. On the road to net zero, there'll be many conversations ahead with decision-makers and as part our engagement, we’ll continue to call for more clarity and a detailed road map from Government.

As part of our ongoing collaborative work alongside Government and other trade associations, we’re sharing a new energy demand survey from DfT’s Freight Energy Forum.

The Freight Energy Forum is currently assessing energy supply and demand - and is seeking more information from across industry on future demand from the haulage sector to power battery electric and hydrogen vehicles.

This information will help inform decision makers and the aim of the survey is to help plan where future energy infrastructure needs to be sited.

The deadline for completing this energy survey is Friday 13th September.
