Truck Cartel webinar series kicks off

We'd like to thank the 400+ attendees who joined our RHA Truck Cartel Q&A session with our Managing Director - Richard Smith, Steven Meyerhoff, and Ellie Kenyon from Backhouse Jones Solicitors.

During the webinar, the team provided an update on the RHA's Truck Cartel Legal Action. 

Following the granting of the Collective Proceedings Order (CPO) by the Competition Appeal Tribunal, we can now seek compensation for operators, including the 18,000+ who have already signed up.
