Malcolm Win at UKWA Awards

RHA members win two UK Warehousing Association awards.

The Malcolm Group have scooped two awards at the prestigious UK Warehouse Association (UKWA) awards in London. It’s Malcolm’s centenary and they celebrated in fine style by picking up the Value Added Service award as well as the Chairman’s award which went to the CEO Andrew Malcolm.

The Value Added Service award celebrates outstanding customer service and was won jointly by Malcolms and Diageo – it was presented by former BBC Radio 4 Today programme and Mastermind host John Humphrys.

Later the UKWA Chairman’s award – awarded personally by the association’s chair Neil Bowker – went to WH Malcolm co-owner and CEO Andrew Malcolm, who was clearly delighted with the accolade.

The RHA’s executive director, Rod McKenzie said: “It was terrific to see longstanding RHA members being honoured in this way. They’re thoroughly deserved as The Malcolm Group is widely acknowledged to offer outstanding service to its customers and has a terrifically loyal and highly motivated staff and a proud history as a family-owned business.”
