A new and improved RHA Analysis launches today that makes making tachograph management and compliance easier than ever.

Designed to make life more manageable and increase the efficiency of haulage operations, regardless of size, the enhanced software functionality to take the headache out of tachograph record keeping, analysis, driver de-briefing, compliance and reporting.

Improved software means new features, including a new user-friendly interface and limitless online data storage. So no more requirement to keep paper filing systems in order – RHA Analysis takes care of document management and record keeping for you.

Operators can also collate, record and manage their key performance indicators, enabling them to work towards the DVSA’s new Earned Recognition Standard. With unlimited vehicle downloads and online data storage free of charge, the new version of the software is perfectly scalable and can be used to manage haulage operations with multiple sites.

Users will benefit from the improved integration with the RHA’s Daily Defect App. Available on both iOS and Android devices, the app has been developed with ease and speed in mind, enabling the user to get instant feedback on whether or not their vehicle is fit to drive. Better still, operators can keep on top of workshop maintenance or inspections as there will be a full and complete audit trail of time-stamped documentation.

Commenting RHA’s commercial director, Karen Crispe said: “The features of the new RHA Analysis software demonstrates a clear understanding of the changing challenges faced by today’s operators. It will enable them to save time, money and sanity as they juggle the huge demands of their day-to-day role. Not only will they have the most accurate reporting at their disposal allowing them to make lightning speed decisions, but they will also have a sophisticated tool enabling them to keep on top of reporting to maintaining compliance.”

And there’s more. Thanks to a new scheduling feature, RHA Analysis can also be used as a time management and rota tool enabling operators to upload pre-planned duties for non-tachograph shifts, making management and recording of working time far easier. The new software also includes a driver portal designed to educate and inform drivers on their own infringement levels.
