New COVID-19 Risk Assessment Requirements

The Government has published updated guidance on working safely while dealing with the COVID-19 Coronavirus. The Government is asking that businesses carry out an appropriate COVID-19 risk assessment, just as businesses would for other Health and Safety related hazards. The risk assessment must be done in consultation with unions or workers.
